Advertising of vodka

This advertisement board is found in the city of mekelle, on the road to the airport. It is presenting Ethiopian brand vodka called DESTA VODKA. On the bottom of the board, it states that it was distilled and bottled by DESTA liquors. The first problem I saw with this advertisement was the first thing I saw. 

It was very messed up. With it being iron, it's rusted from being out there through all its conditions for a long while. And also the lacking of proper care for it. The paper that was slapped on it was ripped on some parts and that's how we can tell its rusting. The sign on the left side of the board, right before the writing DESTA, seems to be a lion.




You can't tell when you passing by wither on foot or especially by car. The lion isn't well defined and well drawn. I suppose that's supposed to be the main logo of their company, which should have been more focused on and done greatly. Now the writings were simple and right to the point and the color is very well chosen.




They should clean up the board entirely, giving it a well perceivable image. And the logo of the lion should be redrawn again only this time more defined and to be seen even when just passing by. It is an important part of the sign so it should catch the eye and stay in people's mind to pique the interest in their head about the given product.
